Non-Alcohol Tiramisu Recipe
My boyfriend didn't like Tiramisu a lot. Because coffee and alcohol is in an original recipe, and he doesn't like both. But I wanted to have some Italian desserts, and Tiramisu came up in my mind because it's easy to make and really tasty.
This recipe is simple and maybe not as tasty as original one or with some complicated methods. but I guarantee this method is easy, and tasty enough to enjoy.
Ingredients
1 Egg(This time I used large size, but i think extra large is better)
250g mascarpone (£1.65 in morrisons, for me, there were no other choices except morrisons' made)
lady finger(sponge finger, savoiardi are the same, in morrisons, there was only sponge fingers)
coffee(i used 3 Starbucks via, Italian roast, but really doesn't matter)
5Tbs sugar (caster sugar)
Cocoa powder
Chocolate (optional)

1. Whisk the egg whites and 3tbs of sugar until they form firm peaks.
2. Whisk the egg yolks with sugar until they become creamy. (different bowl)
3. Soak the lady finger cookies to coffee, put it in a deep dish.
4. Lightly mix 1, 2 and mascarpone. make sure mix them LIGHTLY.
5. Cut the chocolate.(if u want to put chocolate)
6. (optional) On the lady fingers, put some chocolates and the mixed cream.
7. Make another layer on the top of previous one. (put the chocolate again if you want some more chocolates.)
8. Put the cream on the top.
9. Spread good cocoa powder on the top.(cut the chocolate little bit and put it on the top.)
10. Keep it in the freeze and wait about at least 12 hours. (if you can ;))
