[recipe]Cannelloni Ricotta Spinach

Cannelloni Ricotta Spinach 
prep time 20 min / cooking time 30-40 min

Serves for 2(...maybe 3-4 for normal..)

Cannelloni 
Ricotta 250g
Spinach 200g 
Parmigiano 
2 eggs 
Salt and pepper

Sauce
300ml of milk 
30g of butter 
30g of flour 
+optional, salt and pepper, nutmeg

1. put spinach in water, and cut them.
2. mix them with ricotta, parmigiano, eggs, salt, and pepper.
3. put them in canelloni.

make a sauce 

1. melt some butter in a pan.
2. Mix the flour little by little and fry.
3. Add a little milk and mix it to form a cream..(use a whisk to make it more soft)


put them in a container, in an order of
sauce -> canelloni -> sauce. 

180-200 degrees 30-40 minutes in a preheated oven.


It was really dry when i tried with 150g of sauce. (like this)
recommend 300g to 400g of sauce.



it will be better put a foil on the top before put in a oven.
